No waitlists. No insurance red tape. Private, personalized support that starts when you need it — on your terms, at your pace, in your community.
Advocacy & Support Coordination means having someone firmly in your corner — someone who understands the systems, knows your rights, and won't back down when you're being overlooked, dismissed, or denied.
We navigate complex systems on your behalf, coordinate across multiple providers and agencies, and ensure your voice is the one that matters most in every decision about your life.
Individuals with developmental disabilities, ADHD, autism, or mental health challenges — and their families — who are struggling to navigate educational systems, healthcare, employment, or community services. No formal diagnosis required to get started.
We teach self-advocacy while backing you up — so over time, you gain the skills and confidence to advocate for yourself. We never create dependency; we build capacity. You lead, we support.
All packages are customized to your specific needs. Contact us for a free consultation to discuss your situation and build a plan that fits your budget.
Life Skills Coaching is hands-on, practical coaching that happens where life actually happens — in your kitchen, at the grocery store, on the bus, at the bank. Not in a clinical office with a whiteboard.
We work on the specific skills that matter most for YOUR life and YOUR goals. Whether that's learning to manage a budget, cook a few meals, navigate public transit, or handle your own appointments — we meet you where you are.
Package pricing saves you ~10% and ensures consistent, ongoing progress. Late cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate.
Caring for a loved one with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges is one of the most meaningful — and exhausting — things a person can do. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's essential.
Our respite care gives families a genuine, worry-free break while ensuring your loved one is safe, engaged, and well-cared for. We don't just watch — we connect, engage, and provide real companionship.
Families and caregivers supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, ADHD, autism, or mental health challenges who need reliable, compassionate care while they recharge. Whether you need a few hours a week or an occasional full day, we're here.
We recommend 1–2 weeks advance notice for regular bookings. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) are Medicaid-funded supports that help eligible individuals with developmental disabilities live, work, and participate in their communities. Goliath Advocacy is a certified Nebraska DHHS provider under the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver program.
These services are designed to support individuals in living as independently as possible in their homes and communities — not in institutional settings.
*For eligible individuals. Eligibility is determined by Nebraska DHHS. Contact us and we can help you understand the eligibility process and connect with the right resources.
Because most of our services are private-pay (not insurance-based), you get something most people with disabilities never experience: complete control over your support — when it starts, how it works, and what it focuses on.
No prior authorization. No session limits. No insurance company deciding what care you "deserve."
Start with a free, no-pressure 20–30 minute consultation. We'll listen to your situation and help you figure out exactly what kind of support makes the most sense — no obligation, no sales pitch.
