Service 01

Your voice, amplified. Your rights, protected.

What It Is

Advocacy & Support Coordination means having someone firmly in your corner — someone who understands the systems, knows your rights, and won't back down when you're being overlooked, dismissed, or denied.

We navigate complex systems on your behalf, coordinate across multiple providers and agencies, and ensure your voice is the one that matters most in every decision about your life.

Who It's For

Individuals with developmental disabilities, ADHD, autism, or mental health challenges — and their families — who are struggling to navigate educational systems, healthcare, employment, or community services. No formal diagnosis required to get started.

Our Approach

We teach self-advocacy while backing you up — so over time, you gain the skills and confidence to advocate for yourself. We never create dependency; we build capacity. You lead, we support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a formal diagnosis to access advocacy support?
+
No diagnosis required. If you're struggling to navigate systems or need support accessing services, we're here to help — regardless of whether you have a formal diagnosis.
What if I can't afford your services?
+
We offer sliding scale pricing for families with documented financial need. Contact us — we'll work with you to find a solution. We believe no one should go without advocacy support due to cost.
How quickly can you start?
+
Typically within 1–2 weeks of your initial consultation. For urgent situations (like an upcoming IEP meeting), we'll do our best to accommodate a faster start.
Do you provide legal representation?
+
No — we are advocates, not attorneys. If your situation requires legal representation, we can help connect you with appropriate legal resources while continuing to support you as advocates.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will coaching take?
+
It depends on the skill and your starting point. Some skills take 3–5 sessions; others benefit from months of consistent practice. We'll give you realistic timelines during your consultation and adjust as you progress.
What if I make mistakes or struggle?
+
Mistakes are part of learning — and we create a safe, judgment-free space to practice, mess up, and try again. There's no pressure and no shame. We celebrate small wins and build from there.
Can family members be involved in sessions?
+
Absolutely. We can include family members in sessions if that's helpful, or we can work one-on-one and share strategies with family afterward. You decide what works best.
Where do sessions take place?
+
Sessions happen where the skill actually matters — your home, grocery store, bank, bus route, or community. For some skills we can also meet virtually. We work in the real world, not just a classroom.

We recommend 1–2 weeks advance notice for regular bookings. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a meet & greet before we start?
+
Yes — always. We schedule a free, no-obligation meet & greet before any paid sessions so your loved one and our team can connect, and so we can learn their needs, preferences, and communication style. Comfort first.
What if my loved one has complex communication needs?
+
We take time during the planning meeting to learn your loved one's communication methods — whether verbal, AAC device, sign language, or other. We come prepared and never assume.
How far in advance do I need to book?
+
For regular weekly respite, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. For occasional or emergency respite, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate as quickly as possible.
What if it's not a good fit?
+
The meet & greet is free and no-obligation so you can assess fit before committing. If after a paid session you're unsatisfied, we'll discuss your concerns openly and either adjust our approach or part ways professionally.
